Nigerian film maker, Pascal Atuma, is set to release his long awaited comedy movie, LAPD African Cops, this December.
The comedy film which is written and directed by Pascal Atuma, is a movie about two Africans, who come to America and join the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) after they became citizens. They are then sent out to the streets of Los Angeles.
Instead of judging the people with the rules and regulations of the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), they decided to issue punishment based on African culture, norms, and values.
LAPD African Cops features an impressive list of Hollywood actors like Vanessa Bell Calloway, Luenell Campbell (Borat), Dorien Wilson, Brian Hooks (Eve), Mari Morrow, Jaszmin Lewis (Barbershop), Trina McGee, Tonya Lee Williams, Caryn Ward-Ross (The Game), and Bless Brown Vera.
Paul Atuma got three (3) Awards at the just concluded Golden Icons Academy Movie Awards (GIAMA) in Houston Texas for the movie, LAPD African Cops out of a total of seven nominations.
The movie will be released in cinemas in Nigeria on the 4th of December.
