Nigerian Blogger Linda Ikeji Acquires 450million Naira Mansion


Popular Nigerian blogger, Linda Ikeji has reportedly paid an estimated 450 million naira for a mansion in the exclusive Banana Island in ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria. The news was broken by her outspoken sister, Laura Ikeji, who posted pictures of the luxury mansion her Instagram page which has now gone viral on social media.

wurafact: Banana Island is home to the likes of Aliko Dangote, Mrs Folurunsho Alakija, and Mike Adenuga, who are all listed on the Forbes list of Billionaires.

Linda Ikeji, who is a former model, started blogging when it wasn’t really a trend amongst Nigerians (nowadays every young adult in Nigeria is blogger), and in spite of threats from celebrities and being shut down by Google for alleged plagiarism, she has grown into a force to be reckoned with in the media business.

Although, Linda Ikeji, who was listed on the 2012 Forbes list of the 20 most powerful women in Africa, has not confirmed or refuted the news of acquiring the mansion, it will definitely boost the morale of every young adults putting in work to achieve something they believe in, because if she can do it, so can you.
