Sexual Assault Case Against Rick Ross Has Been Dropped


The sexual assault lawsuit filed against Maybach Music boss, Rick Ross, and his bodyguard has been dropped.

The alleged victim whose identity was concealed for legal reasons filed new documents asking LA Superior Court Judge John Doyle to dismiss the case. Although, It was not clear if she and her lawyer, Okorie Okorocha, reached a settlement with Rick Ross before making the decision.

In the original documents filed the plaintiff claimed that she was sexually assaulted while joining Ross and his bodyguard, Thaddeus “Black” James, at an event. She said that James let her rest in his hotel room after she began feeling dizzy from consuming a drink she was given.

She then blacked out and woke up the next morning with her clothes out of place and found signs that she was sexually assaulted.
