Atlanta Rapper, T.I aka Clifford Joseph Harris, is about to be a dad once again. He and wife, Tiny, have announced that they will be having a baby in 2016.
Tameka “Tiny” Cottle revealed this via an Instagram video where she wished fans a Merry Christmas and thanked her husband for the stunning necklace and earrings he got her, before showing of her baby bump with a red bow on it. She said:
“Merry Christmas! Thank you to my family for my wonderful gifts…But most of all thank you for our new heir to the throne. This is the best Christmas gift you could’ve ever given me.”
This latest addition to the Harris family will be the couple’s third child together after Clifford “King” Joseph Harris III and Major Philant Harris. The couple lost a baby girl to premature birth in 2007.
T.I has two sons, Messiah Ya’Majesty Harris and Domani Uriah Harris, and a daughter, Deyjah Imani Harris from previous relationships.
This is a good distraction for T.I, who has been in the news for the wrong reasons in last few months. He was first met with criticism for his public bashing of his former protege, Iggy Azelia live on air with the Breakfast show team. And then made the rather “careless” statement about women being to emotional to be president. TI was quoted as saying;
“Vote for the leader of the free world to be man, because women were ’emotional’ and ‘temperamental’ and thus make bad decisions as a result.”
The Grand hustle CEO subsequently apologized for his statements during the interview in a series of tweets. One of the tweets stated:
“My comments about women running for president were unequivocally insensitive and wrong. I sincerely apologize to everyone I offended.”
With a new baby coming, I’m sure he will “probably” make better decisions in the future.
Congrats to the couple and it is indeed the season of celebrity babies.
