Adeniyi Johnson, Linda Ejiofor and Tope Tedela on the set of the movie, out of luck Wura
Director of one of the biggest movies in Nigerian cinema at the moment, Falling, Niyi Akinmolayan has just released the trailer for his upcoming movie “Out of Luck” and from the trailer one could say that the director really means business.
The movie, Out of Luck which features a long list of A-list actors like Wole Ojo, Jide Kosoko, Tope Tedela, Femi Branch, Adesua Etomi, Adeniyi Johnson, Linda Ejiofor, and Chigurl alongside other actors follows the adventure of a young lottery (baba ijebu) operator who gets entangled with a ruthless gangstar which turns his pretty simple life into a whirlwind, when the gangstar (played by Femi Branch) insists on getting payment for a lottery he obviously didn’t win.
In a bid to outfit the gangstar, Tope Tedela who plays the role of the lottery operator takes the gangstar on a journey from the slums in Lagos to the highbrow areas in a bid to stay alive.
The movie which is produced by Inkblot production will hit Nigerian cinemas on the 4th of December and given the success of Niyi Akinmolayan’s movie, Falling, movie lovers would want to see this movie, and its trailer makes it a lot harder to resist. Although it is slightly modeled after the 1987 American movie with the same title. see trailer below
